This is one of Professor Guy’s favorite guard passes. This is an effective guard pass.Image 1: Hold both lapels with one hand and press into his sternum. On the other hand, control your opponent’s sleeve.
Image 2: Once you have his lapels and sleeve control you’ll stand up. Leaning sideways.
Image 3: Letting go of lapels in order to stand
Image 4: When you stand up you’ll push your hips forward. This puts pressure on his ankles. Making it easier to open their guard.
