
Step #1: As you occupy the inside space, you’ll enter into a position as if you’re going to attack for the foot lock.

Step #2: Your opponent will grab your foot that’s on his hip.

Step #3: The opponent will pin your foot to the floor.

Step #4: He’ll start to sit over.
This is a standard defense against the Ashi Garami position/straight Achilles attack.

Step #5: As soon as the opponent sits over, you’ll kick your right leg through, entering in on the other side.
