Watch Professor’s Guy and Rob as they go through the collar drag technique. From a sitting position, (modified butterfly position), you have a hand on your partners collar, he is gripping inside of pants at the knees. You want to break his grip by bringing your knee up and then down, then stepping left leg out. As you move around, you want to drag your partner down toward the floor. Hence the name collar drag.
